My slightly unhealthy fascination with women with guns has led to thispainting of Pvt. Vasques, of the Alien Trilogy. I have always liked
this particular character, who kicks the bucket it early on in themovie. When looking at the still image first, I noticed the cross-like
metal structure in the background, which immediately reminded me ofa crucifiction scene. The gold line, separating the person from
the rest is there to get a more iconic feel to the painting, as isthe gold wash over the background. Another, simular painting is "Iconwith Pvt. Vasques"
